David Perez
David Partner is a Partner of Creara International and its sister company, Eclareon. During his 12 years of professional experience, he has managed more than 50 projects in the energy field, specifically related to the introduction of renewable sources of energy, support for green start ups and entrepreneurship, giving strategic advice for new investment opportunities. David gained his professional experience working for some of the most prestigious consulting firms, as L.E.K Consulting, in London, Milan and Los Angeles. Few years later, in 2004, he founded Eclareon in Madrid assuming also the leadership role of the Milan office. David Perez is member of the board committees of some of the most relevant associations in Renewable Energy such as the Spanish Photovoltaic association (ASIF) and Protermosolar (Spanish Association of the solar thermo electric industry ). Andres Mercado-Salomon
Andres Mercado is an expert with over 10 years of experience in many energy efficiency-related sectors, namely energy auditing, design of energy efficiency measures, financial analysis of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, energy modeling of buildings and processes and measurement and verification of performance. Since he joined to Creara in 2009 he has been leading international projects as a Sustainable Energy Specialist such as Sustainable Energy Program in Colombia financed by IFC (WB). Manuela Lamas
Manuela Lamas is Master in Renewable Energy by EOI (Escuela de Organizacion Industrial from Madrid) and Bs in Chemistry Engineering. Currently she works as Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Specialist for Creara Spain. Manuela has a large experience managing and implementing energy efficiency consulting projects, for airports (auditing the Aena Airports in Spain), public buildings and industry, energy simulation program with LIDER or CALENER. Manuela has got recently strong experience in the implementation of the standard ISO 50001 and Energy Management Systems. Manuela is also a experience trainer in Energy Management.
Alejandro Morell
Alejandro Morell is a partner at Creara International and the director of Creara Colombia. Alejandro started his professional career working as project engineer at BESEL, S.A., a reputed energy engineering firm. In 2004 he joined Ingennio Energy Solutions, where he worked as project engineer on renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. He joined Creara in 2005 contributing to build the technical department for the company. He led a team of 30 Engineers and Architects as the Technical Director of Creara for 6 years. He is a widely published author whose work focuses on the development and financing of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. He has advised international financial institutions, private businesses, and national and local government agencies on the preparation and implementation of individual projects as well as energy policies, regulations, and programs.
